John Rachlin
John Rachlin is the co-owner of Receivership Specialists a receivership company specializing in state court receiverships, federal court receiverships, referee assignments, and partition sales. Mr. Rachlin has over twenty years of experience in real estate law, property management, real estate brokerage, and business.
Before Receivership Specialists, Mr. Rachlin owned a private law practice, served as in-house counsel for a large real estate company, and served as outside counsel for real estate law firms in the Los Angeles area. Mr. Rachlin co-owned and was president of Empire Property Management and Brokerage, Inc., a full-service brokerage and property management company based in Los Angeles. While with Empire Property Management and Brokerage, Inc., Mr. Rachlin handled over 1,200 commercial and residential units in Los Angeles County.
Receivership Specialists has offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento, Phoenix, Reno, and Las Vegas.
