Kevin Singer is president and founder of Receivership Specialists, a receivership firm specializing in state court receiverships, federal court receiverships, referee assignments, and partition sales. Receivership Specialists assists its clients with asset protection, bankruptcy avoidance, and all aspects of receivership. Receivership Specialists has offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento, Ventura / Santa Barbara, Phoenix, and Las Vegas.
Because of his vast knowledge and experience, Mr. Singer was appointed as a rents and property receiver. He specializes in property management, real estate, construction, law, business management, and conflict resolution. While co-owner of a diversified real estate and consulting company, Mr. Singer expanded his knowledge base and was appointed to several other receivership positions.
In 2000, Mr. Singer sold that company and started Receivership Specialists with John Rachlin to specialize in receivership appointments. Together, they have managed and transitioned over $2,500,000,000 in assets, and worked on over 610 cases.
Mr. Singer currently sits on the Board of the Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter of the California Receivers Forum. He also serves as guest lecturer for several receiver organizations throughout the southwest.
